Bringing food or drinks? You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages to make the party your own — just let us know when you book. A $25 space and cleanup fee will be added to your reservation. Please note that all food and drink items are your responsibility to provide and manage.

Looking for a candle bar experience at your home, office, or venue of choice? We'll bring the whole Blackbird Wick & Pour experience to you. Just add our mobile setup to your reservation for $150 and we'll handle the rest.

Cancellation policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and is non-refundable if the event is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding — this allows us to prepare everything perfectly for your group.
